You can manage a personal profile and, besides getting access to an enhanced attendee list, also be able to view other participant’s names, titles, companies and availability to facilitate setting up a meeting.
Attendees can then request meetings and manage their meeting timetable before and during the event.
Meeting Planner allows you to:
• View a list of delegates who are attending the event
• Set up meetings with other registered attendees who have logged on to the system and set up Your profile (you can invite multiple attendees to one meeting)
• Manage your event calendar
All delegates have access to Meeting Planner from two weeks before the event.
